Job Descriptions
1) วางแผน และบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมการขายโดยภาพรวม ตามเขตพื้นที่ หรือตามสินค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ดูแล เพื่อผลักดันให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางการขายตามที่บริษัทกำหนด 2) บริหารจัดการ และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในเชิงธุรกิจ กับลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอก 3) บริหารบุคลากร และเวลาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิขั้นต่ำมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย,ปริญญาตรี
  2. ีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในบริษัท FMCG,อุตสาหกรรมการบริการ หรือประสบการณ์ที่คล้ายคลังกัน
  3. มีทักษะในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลที่ดีเยี่ยมและมีบุคลิคภาพที่เปิดกว้าง
  4. มีการคิดวเคราะห์และกระบวนการคิดที่เป็นตรรกะ
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่แข็งแกร่ง
  6. มีทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม MS-Office จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดและกิจกรรมของคู่แข่ง
  8. มีความมุ่งมั่นสุ่ความสำเร็จ โดยมุ่งเน้นการบรรลุและเกินเป้าหมายการขาย
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
  10. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการแก้ปัญหา
  11. มีความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีม
