Job Descriptions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our online presence and drive customer acquisition for our hotel management and airport transfer services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and foster customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with Okasto's business objectives and target audience segments.
- Leverage a multi-channel approach to maximize brand reach and visibility.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Content Development & Management:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and delivers a seamless user experience.
- Maintain content calendars and editorial schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms.
- Create and curate compelling social media content that fosters community engagement.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze social media metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
