Job Descriptions

1.Proposal and Presentation for Project Development: -Create and support the development of well-framed proposals, presentations, templates, and frameworks potential projects, partners and stakeholders. -Design compelling presentations that effectively communicate project ideas, investment opportunities, and business strategies. -Responsible for the initial stages of project ideation, focusing on conceptual feasibility, potentials and alignment with internal team. -Develop investment proposals and work with financial analysts to assess project viability. 2.Market Study and Analysis: -Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions and project development. 3.Communication and Documentation: -Prepare clear and concise documentation to support project development, including reports. 4.Handover to Project Management: -Once projects are ready for execution, seamlessly transfer responsibilities and detailed project documentation to the project management team. -Provide ongoing support and consultation as needed during the project transition phase.

Qualifications

Male or female
age 25-35 years old
3-5 years experience
Strong analytical and business logic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in proposal writing, document management, and the creation of business frameworks and templates.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in both Thai and English is highly preferred.
