Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
•Receive and process purchase orders from customers via phone, voicemail, email, LINE, and other communication channels.
•Conduct sales of diving equipment both in-store and on-site, according to business requirements.
•Engage in negotiations with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate other sales-related tasks.
• Input and update information in the e-system to track the status of documents and orders.
• Monitor and follow up on product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers.
• Manage and maintain general documentation related to sales operations.
• Assist in preparing for and attending diving exhibitions, both domestic and overseas.
