Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
2. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets across various market segments.
3. Oversee marketing campaigns including online, offline, and event-based strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
6. Manage CRM systems and develop customer retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., construction, production development) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with project timelines and features.
8. Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
9. Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI on sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
