In this role, you will support the implementation & application of environmental, health & safety & process safety management processes & programs. Responsibilities - Build partnerships & interact with production workers, top location leadership, business leadership & environment, health & safety functional leadership. - Develop an understanding & execute environmental, health & safety work processes, activities & controls. - Review & break down environmental operating, construction & other permits & identify compliance demonstration requirements, activities, tasks & deploy and execute the compliance demonstration program. - Localize company & legally required processes, programs & controls & integrate them into site level operating procedures, tools & work instructions to standardize front line processes & monitor, analyze and adjust for improved performance. - Conduct recordkeeping, analysis and reporting duties, identify improvement & risk mitigation opportunities & leverage & implement most effective technologies & improvements in alignment with the country lead. - Support the preparation for company audits, governmental inspections, customer visits & collect data & prepare reports needed to monitor program maturity, performance & compliance. - Other duties as assigned
