Job Descriptions
1. Develop Strategic Products (50%) - Develop new formulas for customers within the specified timeline, ensuring a deep understanding of product benefits and potential drawbacks. - Conduct product stability tests and establish product specifications. - Collaborate with the production team for product validation and ensure seamless product transitions into manufacturing. 2. Research Tasks (40%) - Research market trends with a focus on Thai consumer preferences. - Study the characteristics and applications of raw materials to enhance product development. 3. Quality Procedures (5%) - Oversee the calibration and maintenance of equipment in the R&I laboratory to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards (GMP, ISO22716). 4. Other Responsibilities (5%) - Perform other tasks as assigned by the R&I Team Leader or Director.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science or related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in product research and development.
  3. Experience working in a cosmetics manufacturing environment.
  4. Familiarity with quality procedures, including GMP (ISO 22716).
