Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1. Advertising Sales and Media Outreach: Contact advertising agencies within Thailand to promote advertising opportunities on treadmills and screens in Jetts Fitness Clubs. Inform agencies about available media packs, detailing offers and opportunities. Send media packs to interested agencies and pass on leads to the Head of Corporate & Partnership Sales. 2. Corporate Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing corporate and agency clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactively addressing their needs. Collaborate with the Corporate Relationship Manager and Marketing Manager to develop compelling presentations and proposals for securing new corporate clients. 3. Onboarding and Account Management: Facilitate the onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration into the business. Administer new corporate clients' setup and account management processes, including lead management and tracking. 4. Communication and Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Corporate Relationship and Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective communication strategies for new corporate clients, utilizing appropriate channels and mediums. Identify and explore new opportunities for corporate sales growth, proposing innovative solutions and initiatives to expand the corporate client base. 5. Industry Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and best practices in the fitness industry and advertising sales to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. 6. Team Collaboration: Contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a sense of achievement among team members.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate sales, account management, or advertising sales role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  2. We have a proven track record of contributing to corporate fitness sales strategies and achieving growth and profitability objectives
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and remotely.
  4. Ability to work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  5. Strong execution focus and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  6. Experience in managing budgets and achieving associated performance targets.
  7. Influencing and leadership capabilities to drive and manage change effectively.
  8. Comprehensive understanding of the health and fitness industry.
  9. Knowledge of the local area surrounding the club(s) is desirable.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level.
  11. Highly organized, proactive, and a demonstrated sense of urgency.
