Job Descriptions
1. Process Monitoring & Improvement: - Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and work with teams to develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve product quality and reduce waste. 2. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product non-conformances. - Use statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Control Charts) to identify trends and implement solutions. - Lead or participate in problem -solving teams using methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why to address quality concerns. 5. Documentation & Compliance: -Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO 9001, etc.). - Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement teams to enhance product quality. Working Monday-Saturday 08.00-17.00 Welfare - Travel expenses according to the company's welfare policy - Phone expenses for certain positions - Cost of living for some job positions - Attendance bonus - Overtime pay (when approved by the supervisor) - Night shift allowance 50 baht/day - Lunch - Dinner (when there is overtime work) - Annual holiday - Annual vacation leave - Annual health check-up - Get well soon gifts are only for those hospitalized. - Financial assistance in the event of an employee's death, for the family of the deceased employee (after passing the probation period according to the company's welfare conditions). - Annual New Year's party - Annual bonus (based on performance)
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Age : 22-30 year old
  3. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  4. 1-2 years of experience in a quality engineering role, specifically within the plastic injection molding industry.
  5. Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Familiarity with various plastic materials (e.g., ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, etc.) and their properties.
  6. Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
  7. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, or other relevant industry standards. 3) Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and tools (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers).
  8. Understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and machinery.
  9. Experience using quality-related software (Microsoft Excel , PPT , ERP).
  10. Familiarity with CAD software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  11. Experience managing or participating in quality improvement projects. 2) Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as production, R&D, and supply chain.
  12. Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with local and international teams, suppliers, and customers.
  13. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
