1) Deliver high-quality customer service and professional advice 2) Support the sales team by handling customer follow-ups and helping close deals with target customers 3) Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions and concerns 4) Route customer issues to appropriate departments when needed 5) Solves the customer complaints if needed

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, logistic that directly contacted with customers, or similar roles
Could speak English with communication level
Ability to help sales team reach their individual and collective goals
Strong interest in sales and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experienced in directly contact with customers before
Experience in foods, logistics is a plus
