Job Descriptions
- Evaluate and compare suppliers using cost-benefit analysis to propose to relate parties for making purchasing decisions - Manage the logistical details with a supplier including setting delivery amounts and a timeframe for delivery - Implement purchasing and contract management policies, and procedures - Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy - Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters - Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data - Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or other related fields
  2. 3 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing or accounting with a proven history of effective supply management
  3. Knowledge of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
  4. Knowledge of contract management
  5. Interpersonal, communication skills, Problem solving skills, Negotiation skills and Time management skills
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Officer 365 and Oracle
