Job Descriptions
1.Production Control : Manage and control the production process in the Die & Punch Department to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely 2.Team Management : Manage and control, including time management, training, and skill development of team members. 3.Production Planning : Plan and set up the priorities of the tasks to meet production goals. 4.Process Improvement : Analyze and make a proposal for improving the production process to increase efficiency and cost reduction. 5.To support Setup Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environment Management System (ISO14001) for Development and Improvement quality of product support customer requirements. 6.Implement Machine Capacity, Cycle time, & Manpower capacity calculation referring with Production Plan. 7.Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery. 8.Lean Manufacturing concept. (PDCA, GAMBA,5S).
Qualifications
  1. Age 35 Years old up
  2. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  3. Knowledge and skills in using and setting CNC machines, including CNC programming with G-code and using CAD/CAM software
  4. Team management skills, production planning and problem solving
  5. Understand and be able to inspect the quality of products to the required quality standards
  6. Good communication skills, be able to work with others, and coordinate with other departments effectively
  7. Have the skills to analyze and solve problems in the production process quickly and efficiently
  8. Able to set up the priorities of the tasks and time management
  9. More than 10 years of experience in CNC machine
  10. More than 5 years of experience in Team Management
  11. Understand basic Japanese language will be advantage.
