Job Descriptions
- Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets from various sources to support business needs. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy. - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. - Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from complex datasets. - Generate regular reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver appropriate solutions. - Conduct detailed data validation and ensure data integrity across all analyses. - Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights based on thorough analysis. - Assist in the development and implementation of data policies and data governance frameworks. - Continuously monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data collection processes.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  3. Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  4. Experience with SQL and querying databases.
  5. Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and techniques.
  6. Ability to work with large datasets and conduct complex data analyses.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  10. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  11. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  12. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  13. Experience in creating automated reports and dashboards.
  14. Understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
