Accountabilities: 35% Maintenance Program •Lead and support Utility Technician Team to maintain corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs and analyze data by using SAP and POWER BI •Ensure Utility Technician team are worked in a safety (Safety and Food safety) effective and efficient manner consistent with industry best practice. •Coordinate with other cross functions for improve plant operation such as process line efficiency. •Communicate and conduct best practices to Utility Technicians. •Spare part and inventory management for support maintenance activity under cooperate policy. •Support team in purchasing request (PR) under team activities with reasonable issue and cost control. •Lead the team with Good Attitude. 35 % Continuous Improvement and Sustainability Programs •Support management to drive change and implements new practices under continuous Improvement, Cost saving, Cargill Manufacturing Excellence System and Reliability Excellence. •Perform Problem solving on Machine & Operations challenges such as Root cause analysis for Machine downtime. •Manage Utility projects following the assignments. •Support management to drive Sustainability, energy management, water saving programs including action plans development, execution, and measurement. 15 % Operation Program •To perform the machines operation under best practice and reliability for support plant operation. •Lead the team to monitoring and control the Utility system within high efficiency. •To perform the operation document, align and entirely with related regulation. •To ensure business interruption risks are minimized and close GAP or CAR or Comments from auditors. •Ensure facility designs meet the stringent requirements to produce food safe products and safe facilities. 10% Regulation control •Support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHAS 18001, and EHS etc. 5% Other task assign

Qualifications

At least bachelor’s degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8-10 years experiences in food industry or Refrigeration industry
Able to work in rotation shift.
Have some experience in managerial skills is preferable.
Good knowledge in hygienic design, GMP, HACCP and food safety.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Have experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, Project management and corrective maintenance.
Knowledge in SAP program is preferable.
Good in English communication and interpersonal skills.
