Job Descriptions1. Ensure the up-to-date alignment of CRM and in-house system data.
2. Working closely with the Commercial Manager for all regional tender requirements and contractual business, including collation of costs.
3. Ensuring the validity of quotations to customers and regional PR.
4. The Pricing & Commercial support (shared service center) will work closely with Commercial Manager in all administration tasks regarding compiling and gathering of cost i.e., sea freight, haulage, customs clearance, etc.
5. Closing sales and maintaining relationships with operation team by providing support, information, and guidance
6. Plan and schedule routes and assignments based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and available resources.
7. Communicate Chinese speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems incidents, requests for services or equipment.
8. Researching and recommending new opportunities: Recommending profit and service improvements
9. Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications
10. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
12. Target and successfully achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management
13. Complete other tasks assigned by the Country Manager.
Qualifications - 1. Educational-background: Bachelor’s degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- 2. Work Experience: Full-time Minimum of 1-3 years sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- 3. Language skill: Chinese well communicate is plus HSK5-6, and Good English communication can be conducted by mail.
- 4. Understanding of non-asset, expedited, transportation concepts and pricing is a plus.
- 5. Experience in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, internet, web-based, and job specific software applications.
- 6. Experience in CRM or similar software application preferred.
- 7. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
- 8. Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to accomplish work goals; develop individual relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others' efforts.
