1.ปฏิบัติงานในฝ่ายการผลิตชิ้นส่วนประกอบเครื่องทดสอบความแข็ง (Hardness Testers) และ เครื่องเตรียมชิ้นงาน (Sample Preparation Machines) และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ / Work in the production department of Hardness Testers and Sample Preparation Machines and other equipment. 2.ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านการผลิต ประกอบเครื่องให้ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 ของบริษัทฯ / Perform production works to achieve quality according to the company's ISO-9001 standard. 3.สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่สำนักงานใหญ่ต่างประเทศ (ญี่ปุ่น) ได้ในระยะยาวได้ 1-5 ปี Able to travel to work at overseas headquarters (Japan) for a long term of 1-5 years.

มีทักษะทางด้านระบบ IT, MS-Office อย่างดีเยี่ยม: Excellent IT skills, MS-Office and Express
มีสุขภาพร่างกายแข็งแรง ไม่มีโรคประจำตัว ไม่มีโรคภัย ร้ายแรง: Good health, no chronic diseases, no serious illnesses
มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน (Professional Experience)ในการผลิต ประกอบ ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษา: Have knowledge and experiences in production of Mechanical/Electronic engineering, assembly, Repairing and Maintenance about 1-2 years.
มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์การผลิต: Have the ability to use tools and production equipment.
มีความสามารถในการอ่านแบบ (Drawing) เครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, อื่นๆ: Able to read mechanical, electrical, and other drawings
มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ พัฒนา เข้าใจในขั้นตอนการผลิต การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และการประสานงานทางเทคนิคร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ: Ability to learn, develop, understand the production process, quality control and technical coordination with other departments
มีความสามารถในการคิด วิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา และให้ข้อแนะนำในการทำงาน ร่วมกับทีม: Ability to think, analyze, solve problems and provide advice on working with the team

Step-1 # คัดเลือกผู้ที่สนใจจาก Resume (English only) และพร้อมสัมภาษณ์งาน Online กับทาง Head Office Japan ที่บริษัท ฟิวเจอร์-เทค (เอเชีย) :-ช่วงเวลาคัดเลือกประมาณเดือนตุลาคม นี้
Step-2 # ผู้ที่ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ Online จะนัดเข้าสัมภาษณ์ F2F อีกครั้งที่บริษัท ฟิวเจอร์-เทค (เอเชีย) ในเดือน พฤศจิกายน นี้ และประกาศผลสัมภาษณ์ ทันที
