Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the plant, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. • Implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee performance, providing guidance to supervisors and managers as needed. • training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market while adhering to budgetary guidelines. • Oversee HR administrative functions including payroll, personnel records, HRIS management, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  3. Fluent in English or Vietnamese.
  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Vietnam and experience in handling labor relations issues.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
  6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
