Job Descriptions
• วางแผนและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การขายทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อให้ทีมทำผลงานได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด • บริหารยอดขายผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ โดยติดตามผลงาน สร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับทีมงาน ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ • บริหารและสนับสนุนทีมขายทางโทรศัพท์ (Telesales) รวมทั้งการจัดการเรื่องการสื่อสารของทีมขาย ตาม Script ที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสม • แนะนำ (coaching) และให้การสนับสนุนทีมขายทางโทรศัพท์ • จัดทำรายงานรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน และรายงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนวทางการเพิ่มผลการทำงานได้
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  2. มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านขายผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อและประกัน
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Telesales 3 ปีขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์คุมทีม Telesales อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม Telesales อย่างน้อย 5-8 คนขึ้นไป
  5. มีความอดทน สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  6. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความยืดหยุ่นได้การทำงาน และสามารถเรียนรู้ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
