Job Descriptions
- รับ Booking Space และจัดการพื้นที่บนระวางเรือสินค้า (container ownership)
- ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าสายเรือ และ Agent ทั้งในและต่างประเทศผ่านทาง Email
- จัดทำและจัดส่งเอกสารให้ท่าเรือรวมทั้งประสานงานเรือ และออก BL
- ปิดเอกสารเรือหลังเรือออก ในระบบภายในองค์กรและส่งสรุปข้อมูลให้แผนกบัญชี
- จัดการและเปิด/ปิดข้อมูลเรือในระบบ ศุลกากร ( TIFFA EDI program)
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง-ชาย อายุ 27 ปีขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทย
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ term การซื้อ-ขาย พื้นที่บนระวางเรือสินค้า (Freight term)
- มีใจรักงานบริการ มีความอดทนในการทำงาน และสามารถทำงานได้แล้วเสร็จและถูกต้องตามที่กำหนด
- มีความรู้ในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี อ่าน เขียนอีเมล์
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานและองค์กร มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจ
- มีทักษะใช้ Microsoft Excel
