Job Descriptions
-เก็บบันทึกนิ้วมือเข้าระบบสแกนพนักงาน
-จัดทำสัญญาจ้างทดลองงาน สำหรับพนักงงานเริ่มใหม่และสัญญาจ้างประจำ
-จัดทำข้อมูลสถิติการมาทำงาน (ขาด ลา มาสาย)
-ตรวจสอบการเบิกค่าล่วงเวลา และบันทึกค่าล่วงเวล
-ดูแลควบคุมพนักงานให้รักษาและปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบบริษัทฯอย่างเคร่งครัด
-เบิกจ่ายเครื่องใช้สำนักงาน งานพัสดุ
-งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ : หญิง - ชาย
- อายุ (ปี) : 22-30 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส.ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานงานบุคคลอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Mocrosoft Office ได้ดี
