Job Descriptions

1)Receiving order from Overseas and Domestic Customers 　・Input detail order to system 　・Ordering product to our factory 　・Manage, monitoring and adjust shipment.. 　・Arrange and prepare shipment included booking shipment.(Air, Sea and other) 　・Prepare shipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc. 2)Coordinate with customer both Overseas and Domestic 　・Manage backlog balance of each customer 　・Manage and control forecast from customer. 　・Follow and feedback of delivery schedule 　・Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems 　・Control payment received of customer and follow up overdue payment. 3)Coordinate with factory and other department 　・Follow up delivery plan 　・Instruct shipment 　・Information sharing 　・Billing

Qualifications

สามารถประมวลความคิดและนำมาปฏิบัติได้ โดยไม่ต้องรอฟังแค่คำสั่ง
สามารถปรับตัวให้เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี ไม่เพียงแค่ภายในแผนกเท่านั้น
สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้โดยคำนึงถึงถึงคุณธรรมและกฎระเบียบโดยรามของบริษัท
สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้และปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น
สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานที่ทำอยู่ราบรื่นมากขึ้น
