Job Descriptions
- Design mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Design electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and communication systems.
- Manage and coordinate M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E systems into overall project designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Conversational level in English.
- Having negotiation skill.
- Knowing and able to analyze in negotiation of market and reasonable price on the BOQ of Air conditioner, Generator, Computer & Electrical, CCTV and (Medical equipment is advantage).
- Ability to analyze the M&E problem, such as: Air-conditioner, Generator, Electrical, CCTV and (Medical equipment is advantage).
