Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for initiating and organising the department, including establishing the organizational structure and procedures. Responsible for financial affairs, such as invoicing, recording, and reporting taxes. 2. Responsible for recruitment and managing the single window system (work visas - BOI), as well as other human resources-related affairs (SSO, salary, attendance, and record management). 3. Responsible for managing BOI-related affairs (maintenance and initiation). Handling tax matters, including PP30, PP50, PP53, and other tax-related systems. 4. Managing and coordinating with other staff within the department.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading Chinese or English (English preferred). Ability to generate documents in these languages.
  2. Experience in Finance and Human Resources.
  3. Good proficiency with technology, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
  5. Experience in operating and maintaining BOI, tax, and SSO systems.
  6. Preferably knowledgeable in using accounting applications (e.g., Expressl).
  7. Interviews will be conducted in Thai and your secondary language(s).
