Job Descriptions1. Responsible for initiating and organising the department, including establishing the
organizational structure and procedures.
Responsible for financial affairs, such as invoicing, recording, and reporting taxes.
2. Responsible for recruitment and managing the single window system (work visas - BOI), as
well as other human resources-related affairs (SSO, salary, attendance, and record
management).
3. Responsible for managing BOI-related affairs (maintenance and initiation).
Handling tax matters, including PP30, PP50, PP53, and other tax-related systems.
4. Managing and coordinating with other staff within the department.
