Job Descriptions

-Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices. -Ensure alignment of all platforms and policies with security best practices. -Maintain the Network system, Internet, LAN, Server, and Mail Server. -Perform daily checks on Network, Software, Computers, Laptops, Servers, Printers, Licenses, and Antivirus. -Support the ERP system (Odoo) for end users. -Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. -Manage day-end processes, data backup, and recovery. -Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex issues as needed. -Prepare and support AV equipment for conferences and meetings. -Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. -Purchase new equipment and services as required by the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
Experience in IT system development for industries such as automotive, manufacturing, etc., and knowledge of the characteristics and market requirements of the Thai automotive marketing sector will be preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
More than 1 year of experience as an IT Support.
Good command of English is must, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
