Job Descriptions-Assist the project manager in leading IT projects by controlling, tracking, and monitoring the implementation of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related services.
-Collaborate closely with the marketing, vehicle OTD, after-sales service, and spare parts management teams to understand business processes and create requirement documents for the software development team.
-Facilitate communication and coordination between end-users and developers to address project issues and improve systems.
-Organize and lead effective meetings.
-Prepare project management documents, input relevant data, track issues and changes, and generate status reports to ensure accurate project tracking and reporting.
-Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager.
