Job Descriptions
1. ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.00-17.00 น. + เข้างานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์
2. ดูแลและติดตามบัญชีลูกหนี้ให้ครบถ้วนและทันเวลา
3. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและลูกค้าเพื่อจัดการเรื่องใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และการรับชำระเงิน
4. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกหนี้
5. จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้าง และสรุปยอดประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน
6. สนับสนุนงานด้านบัญชีอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน หรือเกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี (โปรแกรม Express, Word, Excel)
- มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เสร็จลุล่วงตามเวลาที่กำหนดได้
- ชอบทำงานกับตัวเลข มีความซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน ละเอียดรอบคอบ ช่างสังเกต
