Job Descriptions
- ควบคุมและฝึกอบรมพนักงานบริการ, จัดตารางการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ตรวจเช็คการให้บริการลูกค้าและแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุด
- ตรวจสอบและสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์และวัสดุที่ใช้ในการบริการ, ตรวจสอบสต็อกให้เพียงพอ
-ทำงานร่วมกับทีมครัวและบาร์เพื่อให้การบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- รายงานสถานการณ์และปัญหาต่างๆ ให้กับผู้จัดการร้าน
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในร้านอาหารหรือการบริการลูกค้า
- ให้บริการลูกค้าและจัดการข้อร้องเรียนได้ดี
- บริหารจัดการทีมงานและตารางการทำงานได้
- สื่อสารได้ดีทั้งกับลูกค้าและทีมงาน(ไทยและอังกฤษ)
- ทำงานได้ดีในสถานการณ์ที่มีความกดดัน
