Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: - Maintain and operate QC lab equipment like pH meter, conductivity meter, weighing balance, spectrophotometer, calorimeter, HPLC, SDS Gel analyser, etc. - Prepare/review analytical reports, SOPs, and checklists for inoculum preparation and related analytics. - Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and adherence to quality standards. - Prepare validation documents in coordination with cross-functional teams. - Follow cGMP, GLP, and safety regulations in the lab. - Analyze QC data to identify trends and prepare reports. - Work closely with Production, R&D, and Engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher of Science in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field
5-10 years experiences in QC or related field and minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong quality controls process, standards and specification.
Experienced and hands on with process improvement calibration/ tools.
Able to communicate in English in both writing and speaking.
Computer-literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills and strong multitasking abilities.
