- ออกเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบวางบิล ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี ใบลดหนี้ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง - บันทึกตั้งหนี้บัญชีลูกหนี้ / บันทึกรับเงินตามใบเสร็จ / บันทึกตัดรับชำระลูกหนี้ - รับผิดชอบโทรติดตามประสานงานรับเช็ค-วางบิลให้ทันตามกำหนด - บันทึก Clearing Post Date Cheque / บันทึกรับเงินอื่น ๆ ตามที่มียอดเข้า - กระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารฝั่งรับ - จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้ส่งผู้บังคับบัญชาและแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. ชาย / หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี (มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี)
  4. มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office Word และ Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความกระตือรือร้น และมีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่การงาน และพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
