Job Descriptions
English as the working language full-time Job Description: 1. Coordinate, execute, and track daily operations for maritime imports, exports, and transshipments. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of order follow-up, control risks, and prevent losses. 2. Arrange transportation, loading, customs clearance, etc., according to customer requirements. 3. Process export cargo promptly, prepare and dispatch documents, and communicate with overseas partners and customers. 4. Handle customer complaints, coordinate internal and external company relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain customer relationships. 5. Review and address all internal and external information issues. 6. Communicate and resolve urgent matters, maintain export documents in the company system. 7. Support and assist sales in handling various issues encountered during cargo transportation. 8. Other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
  1. Availability to join immediately.
  2. Bachelor's degree or above in transportation or logistics.
  3. Over 2 years of experience in an international freight forwarding company, with familiarity with sea, air, export, and LCL operations preferred.
  4. Effective communication skills, responsibility, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and proactivity.
  5. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Ms Office).
  6. Good written and oral communication skills in English (mandatory), with Mandarin a plus.
