Job Descriptions
- Delivering new hire training and other departmental training programs. - Contribuling the overall success of the Operalions and assisting in daily admistation of a Leaming Management System. - Identihying and working closely with team to design, develop and refine engaging programs in various fomats. - Providing one-on-one coaching in traing to ensure exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Experience in coaching and communication.
  3. Minimum of 0-1 year's experience within a contact centre environment as a Trainer.
  4. Experience within e-learning content design will be an added advantage.
  5. English with B2 level and above.
  6. Ready to start work immediately and can travel abroad to learn on the job
