Job Descriptions
the customer journey Design is responsible for crafting exceptional customer experience across all touchpoint. this role involves understanding customer needs , behaviors, and pain point to design and optimize journeys that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty , and business
- Analyze customer and business data (e.g. Survey , feedback , usage data) to identify pain point and opportunities for improvement.
-Develop customer persons and empathy maps to represent target customer segment.
-Identify touch points , interactions and emotions involved in each stage of the journey
- analyze journey maps to identify area for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(e.g. marketing , product , engineering) to ensure seamless integration of customer experience
- Develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) guidelines to maintain consistency across channels
- Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience
- Analyze test result to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
- Continuously optimize customer journeys based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Communication and design / Business IT / Human Science / Human Phychology / Digital Marketing or related filed.
- 3-5 years of experience in design , Marketing , Communication , UI-UX Design
- Good command of English
