Job Descriptions

• Sales management and new development of new sales customers (Focus on Distributors, Modern Trade and Traditional Trade) • Market development and negotiations in the retail market • Formulation of sales and product strategies • Marketing and sales promotion initiatives and management (Collaborate with Marketing agency) • Construct and lead a future team • Summarize sales status and report to Japanese Manager • Communicate with HQ in Japan • Meeting with Japanese Management • Other assigned tasks Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : Conversational Workplace Area: WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)

Qualifications

Age 30-40 years
Any gender
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or other related fields.
At least 5 years’ experience in Sales Manager, Sales Assistance Manager. Senior Sales in chemical or consumer goods industries.
Business level of Japanese
Conversational high level of English
Be able to commute to work by themselves.
Working at a stationery/DIY/adhesive company for at least 5 years is preferable.
Experience in consumer goods and retail is preferable.
