Job Descriptions

-Responsible for procurement of engineering, production, and others projects -To review/assess technical specification to determine suitable vendors and suppliers -To review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine the best price and delivery -Detailed planning and reporting activities related to procurement -Evaluate and perform vendor qualification, Establish and maintain supply base -Drive and execute cost reduction activities to meet the management target -Manage and drive quality improvement programs for vendors -Prepare and deliver regular procurement reports, updates, and insights to management for informed decision-making. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with vendor qualification processes and supply chain optimization.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and assess supplier capabilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
