The brand was created recently and is fast growing. That’s why we are looking for an Administrator who is an experienced help to manage and oversee to support the business. Our office is located in Silom 19 Building, opposite the Jewelry Trade Center in Bangkok. -->What’s the job ? We are looking for a versatile and highly organized assistant to handle a wide range of support tasks. Some Knowledge about crystal healing stones and jewelry is appreciated. **Business support: - Administrative duties: Oversee for the company such as maintain and replace office equipment. - Communicate and collaborate: Helping co-workers to ensure all assignments are smooth and perfectly completed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. **Account support: - Review: Payment, Invoice, Payment Voucher and Issuing withholding tax 3% and sending original WHT to our partner. - Keeping records: Income and Expenses report send all documents to the Account Department before month and closing. - Inventory management: To Record movement and stock balance every month. *HR support: -Record: To keep time day-off records sent to the HR Department. --> Benefits -Social security -Group Insurance -Bonus -Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM. --> What's in It for You: Status: Start immediately. Qualifications

Highly motivated person that loves jewelry and stones.
Strong communication skills and a good level in English is necessary.
