Job Descriptions

The Head of Finance & Accounting at Taco Bell Thailand is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations. This role includes developing financial strategies, managing budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have extensive finance and accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and knowledge of the QSR or retail industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage financial operations, including cash flow, capital expenditures, and risk management. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local and international standards. Oversee tax compliance and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team. Drive process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
10+ years of finance and accounting experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in the QSR or retail industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills in Thai and English.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
