Job Descriptions

- Control the production amount to meet the plan. - Control waste according to Target. - Control and supervise employees to perform work in accordance with the standards of Work Instruction. - Train new employees to be No Job Training specified by the organization. - Supervise employees to comply with the rules of the organization. - Present Morning Meeting. - Attend and organize relevant meetings, review various production documents and reports. - Enhance 7S management and optimize operational processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and above, More than 3 years of relevant work experience;
Strong communication, coordination, logical thinking, stress resilience, and organizational skills.
Quick learner, dedicated and focused, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good team-building skills with a spirit of teamwork. Able to provide timely training for employees, foster team progress, and demonstrate a nurturing attitude.
Understanding and familiarity with optical communications product processes, such as laser marking, laser welding, coupling, automatic placement, and testing.
Proficient in lean production principles with the ability to plan and layout modern factories.
Strong abilities in material control, cost management, and production efficiency enhancement. Experience in process and quality improvement on-site.
Familiar with ERP/MES systems and proficient in using office software for data compilation and analysis.
English, Can speak Chinese preferred
