Job Descriptions

Responsibilities 1.Lead product efficiency improvement, reduce waste, and reduce operating cost. 2.Responsible for the time and motion study, capacity model build up and ensure site capacity to meet business requirements. 3.Monitor and analyze factory efficiency and leading action plans to continuous improvement the factory efficiency. 4.Lead capital plan for NPI projects and Mass Production ramping up, work with NPI PM and cross functional teams to drive capacity installation on schedule. 5.Using industrial engineering methodology to improve throughput and efficiency 6.Lead production layout design and production flow optimization 7.Support industrial engineering training within the team or across teams. 8.Responsible for direct labor resources review and lead the cost saving activity 9.Lead capital plan for NPI projects and Mass Production ramping up, work with cross functions to minimize the Capex and capacity installation on schedule. 10.Support Site capital spending forecast for annual operation plan Assist Industrial engineering training within the team or across the team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement methodologies, and production systems.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, production processes, and quality control techniques.
Ability to design and implement process improvements and workflow optimizations.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
Working Conditions:Office and manufacturing plant environments.
May require occasional travel to other facilities or client sites.
