Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and test RPA bots using industry-leading RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.
- Deploy and maintain RPA bots, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest RPA technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Train and support end-users in using RPA tools and solutions.
- Perform other related tasks as needed or assigned according from manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with database query languages like SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with RPA technologies, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
