Job Descriptions- Analyze data, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and growth within the website, social commerce, and marketplace.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of product information across marketplaces and other sales touchpoints.
- Optimize product listings, including product images and descriptions, to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and market initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Stay updated with changes in the marketplace landscape, including policies, algorithms, and consumer behavior, and evaluate their potential implications for the business.
- Manage budgeting processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI of marketing strategies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
