E-Marketing & Public Relations
Strategically plan and manage communication initiatives through both online and offline channels, maximizing efficiency within budget constraints.
Define objectives for E-marketing, budgeting, action plans, and sales promotion strategies.
Analyze, summarize, and evaluate advertising and public relations campaigns related to E-marketing.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and manage CRM strategies that build enduring customer relationships and loyalty programs.
Oversee and optimize the CRM database system, ensuring it aligns with the needs of our target audience.
