Job Descriptions
- Lead and manage the QA/QC department and its staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control procedures.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams on product development, production challenges, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
§- Oversee customer and ISO audits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Liaise with customers on complaints, daily quality issues, and provide timely resolutions.

- รับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบจากลูกค้าและการตรวจสอบ ISO
ประสานงานกับลูกค้าในเรื่องข้อร้องเรียนและปัญหาคุณภาพในแต่ละวัน
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing or supervising QA/QC operations in the manufacturing sector. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารหรือควบคุมแผนก QA/QC ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
- Preferably, knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19001 management systems. หากมีความรู้ในระบบการจัดการ ISO 9001 และ ISO 19001 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft ต่างๆ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- Preferably, basic to intermediate proficiency in English or Chinese (speaking, listening, writing). หากมีความสามารถพื้นฐานหรือระดับกลางในการพูด ฟัง และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
