Job Descriptions
• ตอบคำถามลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง Chat ต่างๆ • ดูแลและอัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้าบนแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ • จัดทำโปรโมชั่นและกิจกรรมทางการตลาด • รับข้อติชมจากลูกค้า และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา • สรุปออเดอร์สินค้า เช็คความถูกต้องกับลูกค้า • สร้างยอดขาย รับออเดอร์ลูกค้าทางออนไลน์ ในทุกแพตฟอร์มของบริษัท • ถ่ายคลิป/รูปสินค้า สำหรับลงทุกแพตฟอร์มของบริษัท • ออกหน้ากล้องตอน Live • งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย / หญิง วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา การตลาด หรือสาขาวิชาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง อายุ 20 - 27 ปี
  2. Positive energy
  3. มีความเข้าใจ Social Media
  4. มี Service Mind ใจบริการ และชอบช่วยเหลือลูกค้า
  5. สามารถใช้และเข้าใจการทำสื่อและเครื่องมือการตลาด
  6. ใช้ภาษาไทย และ ภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ดี
  7. มี Service Mind ใจบริการ และชอบช่วยเหลือลูกค้า
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
  9. สามารถนำเสนอขายสินค้าได้
  10. สามารถสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีให้กับผู้ชมใน Live ได้
