Job Descriptions

- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints - Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. - Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformities in construction work. - Provide detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues. - Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. - Conduct follow-up inspections to verify the completion of corrective actions. - Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and reports. - Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in CS&A inspection techniques. - Quality control: Ensuring that MEP systems are installed and maintained in compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. - Provide direction and leadership to a team, ensuring effective job performance. - Documentation and reporting: Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and documenting progress, inspections, and any changes or modifications made to MEP systems. - Collaboration with other stakeholders: Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure proper integration of MEP systems into the overall construction project. - Good attitude for emotional control and pressure from client.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection, or QA/QC with a focus on civil, structural, and architectural aspects.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong time and project management abilities.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English or Chinese communication is preferred.
Experience in factory construction is preferred.
