ช่วยเหลือหัวหน้าวิศวกรในการดำเนินงานด้านวิศวกรรมในแต่ละวัน
สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต SMT / PCBA เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
ช่วยดูแลบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้เครื่องจักรทำงานได้ตามปกติ
สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา พร้อมช่วยแก้ไขกระบวนการผลิตที่ผิดปกติ
จัดทำและดูแลข้อมูลทางวิศวกรรมให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
ประสานงานด้านเทคนิคกับฝ่ายอื่น ๆ ในโรงงาน
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย
Assistant Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Assist the engineering supervisor in daily engineering tasks.
Support the inspection and improvement of SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Support quality inspection, analyze issues, and help resolve abnormal production processes.
Prepare and manage engineering-related documents and data accurately.
Coordinate technical matters with other departments in the factory.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) is preferred.
- Familiarity with SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes or basic knowledge of electronic circuits.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
