Job Descriptions
- ดูแลระบบบการต้อนรับลูกค้า
- รับเรื่องและประสานงสานงาน รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้ากรณีต่างๆ
- ดูแลเรื่องการจองห้องพัก และวางแผนปริมาณการเข้าพัก
- แจ้งที่พักสำหรับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สามารถสื่อสารเข้าใจ อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- หากสื่อสารภาษาที่ 3 ได้จัพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะความรู้ ความสามารถในระบบบริหารจัดการ เช่น Cloudbed เป็นต้น
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
