Job Descriptions
- วางแผนและพัฒนากลยุทธ์ ทางด้านการตลาด รวมถึงการตลาดออนไลน์ให้กับองค์กร - จัดทำแคมเปญ และกิจกรรมทางการตลาด เพื่อดึงดูดกลุ่มลูกค้า - วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกลยุทธ์การทำการตลาดขององค์และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาองค์กร - ตรวจสอบชิ้นงาน สื่อโฆษณาของบริษัท - ดูภาพรวม และแนวทางการจัดทำเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท - จัดทำรายงานการตลาดประจำสัปดาห์และเดือน นำส่งผู้บริหารฯ - ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการอาคาร - คิดโปรโมชั่นและจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ให้กับลูกค้า(ภายใน)และAgent(ภายนอก)
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการตลาด หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความรู้ด้านการตลาด (อสังหาริมทรัพย์,โรงแรม,ที่อยู่อาศัย)
  3. มีทักษะการประสานงาน,สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  4. มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ สามารถเรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว มีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
  5. สามารถทำโปรแกรม CANVA ,Photoshop, illustratorหรือโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่สามารถประชาสัมพันธ์ได้
  6. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
  7. มีความเข้าใจในแพลตฟอร์ม online และ offline
  8. ชอบคิด วิเคราะห์ วางแผน
  9. รับฟังคำติชมได้ พร้อมแก้ไข
  10. สามารถทำงานในสถานการณ์ที่กดดันและมีเวลาจำกัดได้
  11. ตรงต่อเวลา มีความรับผิดชอบ
  12. สามารถจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์การตลาด
