Job Descriptions
- Oversee the entire production process, from planning to completion
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
- Manage production schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving strategies
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various
- Training and developing production staff
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks
- Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.
- Good problem solving and Statistical Analysis skills.
- Good English communication, if Chinese communication would be advantage.
- Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
