Job Descriptions
• Manage and maintain office computers and peripherals daily. • Oversee the daily management and maintenance of operating systems, office software, email, and related issues. • Deploy and perform routine maintenance on network access, printers, projectors, video conferencing, and other equipment. • Assist with software deployment and routine maintenance during the implementation of information systems. • Ensure the proper operation of office and production environment equipment. • Perform equipment maintenance for low-voltage systems (e.g., surveillance, access control, audio). • Manage the full life cycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory, maintenance, and disposal. • Maintain and manage unified communication system platforms and related equipment. • Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree Information Technology computer
  2. 5-6 year of experience in service and support of Computer equipment, IT Service management.
  3. Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. Willingness to be on-call for emergency support. สวัสดิการ
