Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
1. To support sales team in:
-Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target and company’s goals
-Building good relationship with existing customer and new customers to maintain business connection
-Conducting market research and analysis to get updated information
2. To Manage entire cycle of sales starting from contract discussion until completion of shipments and payments:
-Send contract and bag artwork to customers
-Arrange the shipments by providing schedule/timeline to the factory to prepare the production
-Oversee and follow up the shipments to ensure the loading plan is in good order
-Dispatch shipping documents to customer and ensure the payments have been received
-Coordinate with related parties both internally and externally for smooth operations
3. To accomplish other tasks assigned by the management and sales team
Qualifications
- สามารถ พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และคล่องแคล่ว หากมีคะแนน Toeic จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีไหวพริบ
- สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
